  The nurse who takes your vitals and draws blood is the best part of this clinic. The front desk staff is not inspired to help the customer at all. The clinic has very inconvenient hours for working persons and one reason why it was appealing was the online portal where lab results could be obtained. However labs are not posted there now because "the doctor doesn't know how" so instead of helping the doctor or posting on her behalf, the patient is forced to take time out of the workday to pick up printed results of labs since they won't be emailed or faxed either. What use is advertising the convenience of an online portal if it's not used? Might be my last year going there.
