  If I could give this company NEGATIVE stars I would gladly give them several. The house I was buying was being handled by Nu World Title. I think that was the worst decision that the sellers of this home could have made. My lender had issues from the start trying to get paperwork emailed, faxed, and signed from Rosa Guevarez the office manager at the Dr. Phillip Blvd in Orlando. She lied threw her teeth every chance she got. When asked about a paper she would say she took care of it and sent it, well that certainly was NOT the case. She avoided emails and lacked at all communication skills.
  After closing on my new home everything was supposed to be over and done with, once again that was not the case. A week after we closed I got a CANCELLATION letter in the mail from my new home insurance company stating that they had yet to receive payment and our NEW plan would be cancelled if payment was not made. So on Monday my lender sent an email to ROSA at around 10am. No email was sent back, phone call made, or any attempt to explain or fix the issue. At 4:45pm I then called Rosa who actually had the nerve to ask me what the "situation" was. Well Rosa the situation was that your incompetence caused my insurance to almost be cancelled. She said oh yeah I just got an email on you, yeah like 10hrs ago. Then she said well I know I sent the 2 payments out, let me log into Fedex and see where they are and call you back. Guess what??? No call back from ROSA. So I then decided that I would just call Josh Santos the President of the company. Lets just say I see why Rosa gets away with screwing up her job. Josh tried to tell me that sometimes insurance checks get lost within the insurance company and that's why payments are late. No sir that's not why, the reason why is because Rosa did not do her job! After he placed me on hold he then called Rosa and found out that not only did she lie to me and say she sent the payments fedex, but in fact she supposedly sent them regular mail. So after telling Josh I don't care how it gets fixed I want it fixed first thing Tuesday morning.
  Josh then stated he would place a stop payment on the checks, if the checks were even mailed, and he would wire the funds out to make the payments. Well the only good thing is he did do just that and my payments were taken care of so I have home insurance.
  I would NEVER EVER recommend this title company to anyone, not even an enemy. So good luck if you chose to use them and may your insurance get paid on time.
  PS I hear that they also lack on paying the realtors on time too. And I didn't mention all the ridiculous fees they charge.
