  The Sales team was excellent, but when I returned for Service, I regretted it. The staff I dealt with was very friendly, but the mechanics did not do their job. I paid for an oil change and a balance & rotation, and they apparently just put a weight on the wheel without making any tests. It went from a very slight vibration to much worse. I'm not sure if they even changed my oil either, because they didn't put a sticker on my windshield or reset the oil life meter in the dashboard.
  
  I only have time once a month to take my car in for service. They told me that I could come back in the following Monday, but its been over a month now and I haven't had time. Why couldn't they get it right the first time when I brought my car in? I don't have confidence in returning to them to fix what they messed up.
